Good Morning My Loves,
At the start of June I made up in my mind that these last 6 months were going to be focused on Fitness and Finances. I’ve had an extremely draining year, so taking a step back to truly focus on getting back together and doing things that are within my control were definitely the switches I knew I had to make.
All year I had invested in others, branding myself, my wardrobe, my hair, but not my health head on. Sure you guys saw me create my fitness page and started to see me make some changes, but I knew I could be doing a lot more to better myself. In fact part of this shift in focus was inspired by my soror and blogger boo Yasmine aka @darkerberrie, because seeing her transformation this past year was incredible. One thing she truly showed me was with a lot of hard work & consistency I could reach my personal health goals too. As a sufferer of PCOS, it’s imperative that I put my health first ESPECIALLY because I plan to be a mother someday be that it’s Gods will.
So here I am taking on a 7 week program with @blueprintaesthetics (follow them on Instagram) and taking matters into my own hands. I am in the middle of week 1, but plan to bring you guys along my journey. What I can say is this isn’t for the faint at heart but I’m trusting the process and ready to feel like I’m closer to my optimal health goals. This week was HARD not going to lie…. but I already see and feel some changes! Y’all pray for me please and follow @plushie2fit to check out what I’m doing and how I’m doing.
