Fit Cyster Recipe of The Week: Balsamic Roasted Broccoli

Good Morning Lovelies,

If you follow me on Instagram or Snapchat, many of you watch and comment on my food prep videos, asking for recipes of what is helping me in my journey. So I’ve decided to share my favorites once I run across them.  This week it’s how to spice up your broccoli!!! Before I give the recipe out, I want to touch on the benefits of Balsamic Vinegar (truly any vinegar) and  dealing with PCOS.  If you are like me, and suffer from insulin resistance, consuming vinegar regularly can help lower blood sugar and eventually assist in visceral fat loss (and for many PCOS ladies, we have lots to loose in the tummy area).  I ran across this recipe on food.com and spiced it up a little bit, but it’s so delicious if you enjoy balsamic anything!!! Additionally,  I have used multiple flavors of balsamic vinegar (currently I’m using Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar from Wegman’s Purchase it Here) as well to just give it a different flavor from week to week.  So without further adieu, see the Recipe Below:
