So recently I posted a picture of myself a year apart and showed that I was indeed able to keep my weight off that I had lost. Trust me it was not easy and took some extra steps to achieve. As a sufferer of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, deficiencies in vitamins and minerals are a part of life. However, I never took taking supplements seriously until I was unemployed.

That meant…I was uninsured. I called and my medication expenses, even with insurance where astronomical. With no money coming in, I couldn’t afford them. Thankfully I had plenty of insulin handy but I was forced to live right right. Thus my research began and the above groups of supplements have made weightloss attainable. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for losing my job and discovering a key method to assisting me on my weight-loss journey.
