Hello Lovelies,
So I’m often asked how do I control or conceal my PCOS belly at its many fluctuations. As you may (or may not know) bloating and central obesity is a huge issue in women with the condition. In many ways, its probably the single most embarrassing complication of PCOS. For many years, I truly struggled with my shape because it morphed over night so to speak once I turned 16, and then changed again once I completed college. However, through trail and error, I finally have figured out how to flatter my fluffy middle appropriately. One of those tricks is creating more of a shapely silhouette is by wearing high-waist-wide leg pants. That’s a mouthful to say I know, however, the cut of the right pair will flatter any body type, but especially those who have a little more cushion in the middle. I found exactly what I was looking for at Lane Bryant with these Allie Wide Leg Floral Crepe Pant . I purchased one size up so that they would sit higher on my waist because I knew that my hips would be wide enough to still maintain a comfortable fit. Lane Bryant also has a matching blazer to this pant, so this is definitely a look you can dress up or down. I decided to give a look that was somewhere in the middle. This look you can wear to work or on a quick comfortable summer afternoon date, as I did in Baltimore.
The fit is comfortable, the waistline is thick with extra stretch as well. In the description on the Lane Bryant website its stated that they constructed these pants to be able to flatter every shape, and I absolutely agree!!! I hope you love this look as much as I did shooting it!!!! If so, leave a comment below and give me some feedback!!!!
With Love,
LoLo
