Just reading this gives me all sorts of hope. I know it won’t be easy but I definitely want to be without the needles and not have diabetes at all. I appreciate you taking the time to read this post and leave your inspiration. 90lbs is exactly how much I want to lose and I know that will take alot of effort but I’m ready to be that change. First I am so proud of you taking control over your life!!! That is amazing you went from 13.68 to 5.7 and your stable!!!!! Extremely happy for you. 7 years ago I had type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, pancreas shutting down and everything else that goes with being unhealthy. I made the decision to save my life, today I have not had diabetes in 7 years, lost 90 pounds. The key is consistency that worked for me! I wish you continued good health and living your life to fullest. Thank you for your Blog, it definitely helps and gives women knowledge and power. Now it is up to us to make the change for the betterment of our lives.
